The question on the May ballot of whether to eliminate the District Board member’s term limits was voted down by the District’s residents. Thus, the limit of 2 terms (4 years each term) for District Board members will continue.

Roxborough Water & Sanitation District currently provides water and wastewater service to the community including Roxborough Park and Roxborough Village. The district owns and operates all of its own facilities, including distribution and collection systems and water treatment plant. The district's wastewater treatment is outsourced to Littleton/Englewood. In general, existing distribution and collection systems are adequate to provide service at build-out.
