Everyone’s heard the word Sundance. It’s been made famous by the movie, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, Robert Redford’s Sundance Film Festival, and Redford’s related western line of products. But not many know that Roxborough has its very own Sundance Ranch, which lies just south of Roxborough Park’s residential area in a valley east of Carpenter Peak at an elevation of 6220 feet.
